I like what you did with this stock photo Queen of hearts motif is original and really suites it and it's a beautiful modification. It's like win win win ;] I'm particularly fond of how you added depth to it with the swirls in the foreground. And the red swirl on her mouth add such a funny (in the good way) quirk and expression to the piece as a whole; It gives it a nice touch of personality. However the smearing (or maybe thats blurring-I'm not too savvy with digital manipulation) on the chin and ear distract from her face and mar that nice angular look you have going.
